Deleting your account
Do it in the app. The full path, what it removes and what your center keeps are on the account deletion page, which also covers what to do if you cannot sign in.
CubbyLoop is being built for independent centers of roughly 20 to 100 children at one location. If that is you, the most useful thing you can send is an honest description of your day — including the parts software usually gets wrong.
Fill this in and press Write this email. Your own mail app opens with everything already in the message, addressed to support@cubbyloop.com, and you press send there. Nothing leaves this page on its own.
This page is also CubbyLoop's support route, and there is only one: support@cubbyloop.com. No phone line, no ticket portal and no chat widget — we would rather say that than publish a number nobody answers.

Ask your center first. The center holds the records and the retention duty, so the decision is theirs; we act on it, not ahead of it.
Worth an email on its own. One of the two is wrong and we would like to know which.
Same address, and say so in the subject line. Please do not post details publicly before we have replied.
CubbyLoop is pre-launch. Where the product is is the honest picture, kept current rather than written once.
