Prices are US dollars and exclude tax. Both plans include every feature that exists — we do not keep the audit trail or guardian access behind a higher tier, because they are the parts that protect a child, not upsells.
You cannot sign up yet
That is the honest part, and it has not changed just because this page now has numbers on it. There is no sign-up screen in the app yet, so a center cannot open an account on its own — and billing a center implies the center can use the product. Here is exactly what is and is not built, and here is how to be among the first on it.
The multi-center plan is a published price, not a working feature. CubbyLoop runs one center at one location today. Every record already carries its location, so the groundwork is there — but if you operate several sites, the product is not ready for you and the who it's for page says so too.
What the numbers mean is that the price is decided and will not move under you between now and launch. Centers run on thin margins and long memories; a price that changes after a handshake is not a good first impression.
What the plan includes
- Thirty days free. The trial is the whole product, not a crippled version of it. Nothing is charged until it ends.
- The caps above are the real ones, taken from the plan configuration rather than written for this page. They are not yet shown inside the app, which is work still owed — a center should meet a limit on a screen, not when something stops working.
- A failed payment is not meant to lock the doors. The plan is configured for fourteen days of continued access while a card is sorted out. Cutting a center off mid-week would take away the attendance record its staff are relying on that morning. No payment has ever failed, because none has ever been taken.
- Leaving should be easy. Reports and CSV export are built, and the records are the center's own. We are not interested in a price that only works because leaving is hard. Deleting an account runs today and has its own page.
Family tuition is a separate thing
The price above is what the center pays for CubbyLoop. Collecting tuition from families is a later phase, and when it exists families will pay the center through an approved payment provider. CubbyLoop will not hold a family's money.
If you run a center
Email support@cubbyloop.com and say roughly how many children and staff you have. The centers that write in hear first when sign-up opens, and the early ones will have had a hand in what the plan actually includes.
There is no form and no waiting-list database on this site. Writing to us opens your own mail app and sends an ordinary email to a person.
Tell us whether that is worth it
If you run a center you already know what this kind of software is worth to you and what it is not. That is more useful to us right now than any pricing model we could build in a spreadsheet.
Writing to us starts an email to support@cubbyloop.com. There is no form on this site and nothing is collected by this page.
